Ingredient: Salmon Fillet, Evaporated Milk, Chili Padi, Margerine, Curry Leaf, Potato Starch & Seasonings.

Cooking Method:
1. Defrost from freezer
2. Pan fry or grill until cooked
3. Heat up the sauce 

Storage: Keep in freezer for 2-3 months from date of purchase

In this recipe, we are using Salmon fillet marinated with our selected ingredients, safely vacuum packed to make the fish tasty. The buttermilk sauce is very creamy and tasty with a hint of spiciness. Pan fry the salmon on each side for 2 to 3 minutes (skin side first) until golden brown. Heat up the buttermilk sauce with low fire for few seconds, pour it on the fish or as a dipping sauce. Serve along with a sunny side up, fragrant rice and any of your favourite vegetables and sides. Rest assured that you are having a healthier and safer meal for you and your loved ones at home as there is no MSG or preservatives added.
