Ingredient: Norway Salmon Fillet, Light Soya Sauce, Sugar, Ginger, Garlic, Starch and Seasonings.
1. Defrost from freezer
2. Pan fry or grill until cooked

Storage: Keep in freezer for 2-3 months from date of purchase
In this recipe, we are using Salmon fillet marinated with our selected ingredients, safely vacuum packed to make the fish tasty. The savoury teriyaki sauce is very tasty with a hint of sweetness. Pan fry the salmon on each side for 2 to 3 minutes (skin side first) until golden brown. Heat up the sauce with adding in a minimum of 1 tablespoon water (you may add in more water should you prefer more watery sauce) with low fire for few seconds, pour it on the fish or as a dipping sauce. Serve along with a sunny side up, fragrant rice and any of your favourite vegetables and sides. Rest assured that you are having a healthier and safer meal for you and your loved ones at home as there is no MSG or preservatives added.
